The best was when they were turning their noses up at swiss chard and I was like, You KNOW this veggie! Its in the book! And then I showed them the picture, they recognized it, and they ate it.

Who would say NO to fruits? I can think about a big NO when it comes to Veggies. I used to be a picky veggie eater when I was a kid. However, over the years things got changed as I became more clear about what actually is in these veggies and what I would benefit out of these.
