Full of useful and informative chapters that take the students through the key stages within qualitative research. I think this is an excellent book - whenever students ask for advice on DOING qualitative research rather than writing essays on it , I reach for this. An excellent primer for anyone who is new to qualitative research, and also a very useful reference book for people with more experience. A very solid and insightful introductory book for anyone engaging in qualitative research. It covers topics such as ethics and values to issues of writing and analysis. I would defiantly recommend this book to students who are dipping their toes into research and need a one stop book.
