Along my journey to becoming a life coach and working with people who struggle with chronic pain and other trauma after effects, I came across several books and resources that helped me change my life. My intention with this blog is to share some of these with you. Learning about how other people transformed their lives inspires me and helps me stay on the path of pain-free living. This book pulled me back from the brink of life-threatening problems. And I'll be the first to admit that the book sounds boring. I don't remember where I got the book. All I know is I'm glad I did. The book is nothing as it seems.
