Copyright in a Global Information Economy by Julie E. Cohen

Im a graduate student taking a Copyright law course to supplement and solidify my interest in image rights for a non-law masters degree. One of the authors is the course instructor and her enthusiasm makes the subject matter even more interesting. Im not used to law texts so some of the references to other legal jargon/resources are confusing (especially in instances when it appears to require, or at least suggest outside reading to understand a tangent idea, but it doesnt seem to be in the case and statutory supplement?), as can be the writing style, however the concepts are generally proposed clearly and the case history is fascinating.
