Train Your Brain by Ryuta KawashimaIt was an easy read. No heavy scientific terms except for essential brain parts such as prefrontal cortex, cerebrum, cerebellum, etc. The target readers are mostly students especially the younger ones, though adults can also find some interesting stuff here. The English edition i read was published in 2003 and i made this review in 2018. Im sure there are new findings after 15 years of its publication, so I suggest to readers of this edition (if there isnt any new edition thats been published yet) to accompany it with newer materials.
