There is ALWAYS Something to be Thankful for…

Thankfulness is a word we throw around pretty nonchalantly. But how do I do that when my baby had died? Well, I did not always do well, but I strived to do well. From the very beginning I wanted to allow God to turn these ashes into something of beauty. I wanted to allow the loss of my baby to make me better, not bitter.

I hope my fellow Americans enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving holiday with loving friends and family., On Thursday, we will be celebrating Thanksgiving, perhaps the time for some families to come together once a year and talk and eat and make many happy memories. There is always something to be thankful for, no matter if you are going through a rough patch in your life, or you are feeling on top of the world.

In fact deliberate creation becomes difficult when we get stuck in negative emotions. We also find our personal growth and human potential slowed to a halt when we focus our attention on these feelings. Yet, like most humans, even I fall prey to them on more occasions that I would like to admit. Certain situations in my life also tend to send me spiraling down into the depths of negativity, and I find myself feeling not only angry and depressed but as if little exists in my life for which to feel thankful. In fact, the ability to find something about which to feel grateful can pull us out of our depression and anger. Gratitude serves as a grate energy booster, and from a place of thankfulness we are able to manifest change in our lives and conscious create the things we desire.

  1. It's November! And I'm delighted that we are getting some nice, chilly weather! Which means, a cozy house and lots of hot coffee, hot chocolate.
