One of the best things of sobriety is the full on belly laughs. Before I got sober it had been years since I laughed, let alone a belly laugh. This photo was originally a joke, but it perfectly illustrates: live a little, laugh a lot. My man is kind enough to be my photographer and we ended what was supposed to be just a photo shoot of my yellow dress, with what he says a photo shoot of his two loves… His car and me. Sobriety is beautiful when you relax, let loose, and do not take things so seriously.

Life's too short to live with regrets, so it's always better to cry, laugh, and always be thankful for what you have. We've heard a lot of people tell us life's too short, but have we really lived each day like that? Not really, right? We fill our daily lives with tedious and unpleasant chores because we've been tied down with a lot of responsibilities. Our energy, both mental and physical is wasted just trying to get through each day and we just forget that our time on Earth is limited.
